The world has Bec Sutton to thank for our region’s now famous sourdough! Available at the Mudgee Fine Food Markets as well as numerous stockists, you’ll find varieties such as: stoneground white, whole wheat purple wheat/rye blend, fruit and walnut loaf, 3 seed, Khorasan as well as baguettes and pizza bases.

For lovers of chocolate, you must get your hands on a bar of Spencer Cocoa. With beans sourced twice-yearly from Vanuatu, the brand’s owner and chocolateer, Luke Spencer, brings them back to Mudgee where he roasts, grinds, conchs and tempers the cocoa into the chocolate we can’t get enough of!
